Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices bread, Saníssimo® zero gluten
  • 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 package brie cheese, (125 g) sliced
  • 4 slices turkey breast, thick
  • 1 cup arugula

Preparation

Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on the bread.
Arrange slices of cheese, turkey breast and a little arugula.
Place another slice of bread. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and cut in half.

TIPS

You can heat the sandwich a little to melt the cheese.
