Preparation
Put the bagel in the toaster. Mix the goat cheese with salt, pepper and olive oil and make a homogeneous mixture. Spread each bagel top with the goat cheese mixture.
Place the roasted vegetables in layers, first the aubergine, on top the zucchini, on top of the tomato and on top of that the basil leaves.
You can supplement with salt and pepper if you prefer.
