Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of pita bread
  • 4 slices of Serrano ham
  • 4 slices of Emmental cheese
  • French lettuces or Roman roughly chopped

    Preparation

    Open a quarter of the pitas, cutting sideways.
    Enter 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese in each.
    Place the pitas in the toaster with the opening facing up or in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes at maximum power.
    Fill the inside of the pita with the lettuce that you chose and enjoy.

    TIPS

    You can add a little pesto as a dressing, it's a delight!
