Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices bread, Saníssimo® zero gluten
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices tomtato
  • 12 Basil leaves, cool
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 pinches black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Arrange the cheese, tomato and basil on a slice of bread.
Varnish with a little olive oil and vinegar. Season and cover with another bread.
In a pan over low heat, toast each sandwich with a little butter. Serves hot

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish and cut in half.
