The Sandwich of Goat Cheese, Pimiento and Tapende is the favorite snack of my family. This recipe is a perfect snack, but you can also eat it at lunch.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 slices bread
  • 35 grams goat cheese
  • 2 canned bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon tapenade
  • butter

Preparation

Put the peppers in a baking tray with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put the peppers in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 min.
To the slices of bread, apply a little butter on both sides.
Arrange on top of a slice of tapenade, on top of the peppers. In the other bread spread the goat cheese.
Put one loaf on top of the other to make the sandwich.
Put in a pan to brown until the cheese melts. Take care that the bread does not burn.
