Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slices bread, Saníssimo® zero gluten, toasted
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese, (226 g) in thick slices
  • 2 mangos, cut into slices throughout
  • 4 tablespoons peppermint, chopped

Preparation

Place 4 slices of mozzarella cheese on a slice of toast.
Arrange the mango slices over the cheese.
Add a spoonful of honey and decorate with mint.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with fresh mint.
