"Tostada" by Gruyere, Mushrooms and Thyme

This delicious recipe of toasted bread with mushrooms and gruyere cheese will be the sensation at the time of craving. It is an ideal snack for mid-afternoon or simply as an entrance, and it is prepared in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup white mushroom, filleted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 slices bread, Saníssimo® zero gluten, cut in half
  • 1 package Gruyere cheese, (150 g) sliced
  • 2 twigs fresh thyme

Preparation

Preheat the electric oven to medium temperature.
In a medium bowl, mix the mushrooms with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place some mushrooms in each half of bread and cover with slices of Gruyere cheese.
Gratin in the electric oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
Decorate with fresh thyme, serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a sprig of fresh thyme.

TIPS

If you do not have an electric oven, you can do it in the oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes.
