Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1/2 cups Hibiscus flower, dehydrated
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • to taste cinnamon powder
  • to taste nutmeg
  • 100 grams panela cheese
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Put to boil in boiling water the jamaica, let stand and drain.
On the other hand beat 3 eggs and add the cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg with a pinch of salt.
Add oatmeal, amaranth and jamaica with 100 grams of panela cheese cut into small cubes.
Spray a pan with PAM, with a spoon take the mixture and place it in the hot pan to form the pancakes. Once golden brown turn and brown on the other side.

PRESENTATION

They can be served with mashed potatoes as shown in the photo or some type of salad.
