Preparation
Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Chop the onion and parsley. Slicing the chilies and cutting the pineapple into cubes.
Mix the tomatoes with the jalapeño peppers, the parsley, the onion and the pineapple.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the previous mixture and season with salt.
Cut the baguettes in half, add the lettuce and place the sardines on top.
Add the pineapple mixture and cover.
