Preparation
Discard the oaxaca cheese and cut the purple onion in julienne strips.
Chop the chorizo and remove the coriander.
Brown the chorizo in a pan and divide into 4 portions.
Place the beans in a pan and heat them together with the chorizo.
Cut the teleras in half and spread the beans with chorizo.
Add the oaxaca cheese on top.
Add a few slices of avocado and coriander leaves.
Cover the cake with the lid and heat in a pan.
