Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 3 sausages, smoked
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • 4 Mexican telera rolls
  • 6 tablespoons refried beans
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Discard the oaxaca cheese and cut the purple onion in julienne strips.
Chop the chorizo ​​and remove the coriander.
Brown the chorizo ​​in a pan and divide into 4 portions.
Place the beans in a pan and heat them together with the chorizo.
Cut the teleras in half and spread the beans with chorizo.
