Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 eggs, lightly shakes
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, and skinless, flattened to 1/4 inch thick (approx 1-1 / 4 lbs)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 4 Mexican french bread rolls
  • 4 slices avocado
  • jalapeno Peppers
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine the Knorr® Chicken Flavored Broth with the ground bread in a bowl. Soak the chicken in the beaten egg and cover it completely with the ground bread.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat and fry the chicken, turning once, until it is well cooked and browned, about 5 minutes.
To bake, heat the oven to 425 °. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Put the chicken on the tray and spray lightly with the cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
Cut the rolls in half, add the avocado, chiles, mustard and mayonnaise and put the Milanese.
