If you love sweet flavors mixed with salty, this panini may be perfect for you. Bring some fig jam that contrasts with the acidity of apples and salty Manchego cheese.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Mexican telera rolls , cut in half
  • 100 grams manchego cheese
  • 1 apple, in thin slices without skin
  • fig jams, or jam of apricots, the necessary
  • olive oils
  • 200 grams Ham, optional

Preparation

Coat one half of the tables with olive oil and cover the other with fig jam. If you do not have fig jam you can use apricot jam.
Cut apples and manchego cheese into slices. Place on the bread. Add ham to taste.
Close the sandwiches and put on a closed paninis grill.
Cook on medium heat until the cheese melts.
Eat hot.

TIPS

You can put or not put the ham and there is a very different sandwich but rich in both ways.
