This recipe requires few ingredients, it is very easy to prepare and the result is absolutely delicious. The Nutella and Banana Panini is the perfect food to start the day with lots of energy.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices bread, organic
  • nutella, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons butter

Preparation

Place the skinless banana in a bowl and mash until smooth.
To varnish with the butter the slices of bread for the part of outside, with this the panini will obtain a more crunchy consistency.
Spread the Nutella over all the bread slices and add the banana mixture only to the paninis bases, close and place in the pre-heated paninis press, until a golden tone is obtained, turn over.
