This rich vegetarian sandwich has grilled portobello and vegetables inside a ciabatta bread.

Preparation
Heat a frying pan or grill. Cook the portobello mushrooms for at least 25 minutes or until they are well cooked on each side.
Cut the ciabatta loaves in half.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the ringers, tabasco and season with salt and pepper.
Put a layer of special mayonnaise on each ciabatta bread.
Then on the bread place 1 portobello mushroom, 2 slices of tomato, a little onion and lettuce, and place the other missing bread.
