Spread the puff pastry, and cut into 6 rectangles in equal portions (100 gr). Place them in a baking tray. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Reserve
We take the breasts and on a grill, we are going to roast them one by one, trying to leave the diagonal marks of the same grill, to give a nice presentation to our dish.
We are going to prepare with the slices of avocado and the chili cut into slices, a kind of simple guacamole, beating the avocado until acremar, along with a drizzle of olive oil and the chiles. With this sauce we are going to paint our slices of puff pastry, place a lettuce leaf, and top our roasted breast! Once ready, sprinkle a few drops of olive oil to taste.
