A rich grilled chicken sandwich with dehydrated tomato, grilled onion and goat cheese. The chicken is marinated with spices and vinegar and it is delicious.

Preparation
Place the chicken in a deep bowl and marinade with the vinegar, olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Prepare your grill over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook on the grill as well as the purple onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until the breasts and onions are well cooked.
Heat your bread on the grill so that it is lightly browned.
To make the sandwich take the bread and put a layer of dehydrated tomato. On top of it is a chicken breast, some grilled onions and a little arugula.
Spread some goat cheese on the other slice of bread and close your sandwich. Repeat with all the loaves.
