Sandwich of Arrachera with Guacamole

This incredible sandwich of soft flank steak accompanied by guacamole and cilantro with mozarella cheese, alfalfa germ, fresh arugula and tomato will be ideal for preparing it for lunch.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 1/4 cups tomtato
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 cups flank steak, cut into fajitas
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices Oroweat® bread 12 grains
  • 1/4 cups refried beans
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tomtato, cut into slices

Preparation

For the guacamole, add a bowl of avocado and mash until you get puree consistency. Add the purple onion, tomato, yellow lemon, cilantro, bacon, and season to your liking. Cover with plastic and reserve in refrigeration.
Spread Oroweat® 12 grains with beans, add a slice of cheese and heat over the grill. Reservation.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and add the flank steak, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Make the sandwiches by placing flank steak on the bread, followed by alfalfa germ, tomato, arugula, and avocado dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve the sandwich with fresh salad.

TIPS

Dora well the bread to prevent it from soaking with the other ingredients.
