Sandwich with Spinach, Artichokes and Goat Cheese

Never before have you tasted such a unique sandwich: it has a delicious dressing of peppers and dehydrated tomato with yogurt and grilled chicken, accompanied by goat cheese and artichoke hearts in an incredible and delicious oatmeal bread. You can not believe it!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 90 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 piece of pepper in olive oil
  • 2 pieces of dehydrated tomato
  • 1 teaspoonful of Garlic finely chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 Cup of spinach baby
  • 1 Cup of artichoke heart
  • 1 Cup of goat cheese fallen apart
  • 4 pieces of Pan Deli® Oatmeal
  • to taste of cherry tomato to decorate

    Preparation

    For the dressing, liquefy the Greek yoghurt with the cream cheese, the peppers, the dehydrated tomatoes, the garlic, salt and pepper.
    On a hot grill over medium heat, cook the chicken breast until well cooked.
    On a Pan Deli® Oatmeal Add the dressing, add the chicken breast, spinach, artichokes and goat cheese.
    Garnish with cherry tomatoes.

    PRESENTATION

    On a waxed paper accompanied by some eggplant chips.

    TIPS

    If you prefer to reduce your calorie intake, you can substitute feta cheese for goat cheese.
