A delicious cheese and egg panini to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner or lunch. It is very good!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices Manchego cheese
  • 8 slices tomtato
  • 1 stick ciabatta bread, sliced in half (enough for 4 paninis)
  • 8 eggs, starry

Preparation

Cut the bread and put a layer of Manchego cheese, fried egg and tomato.
Put the lid on and cut the loaf of bread into 2.
Turn on the grill (or sandwich maker) and cook the paninis until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Take out after about 5 minutes.

TIPS

It can be served with a lettuce salad.
