Bite-sized version of my mom's classic sandwich roll, made with whole wheat bread, turkey ham and yellow cheese. Very easy to do, just like the original version.

Preparation
Cut the edges of the bread.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of the loaves.
In a sushi mat place 4 slices of bread together, spread mayonnaise on the edges to help them join.
Place the slices of ham and cheese, making sure they are at least 2 cm on one side of the bread.
Place small pieces of jalapeño pepper to taste.
Take the edge of the mat and begin to roll trying to squeeze the bread.
Continue with the rest of the bread until finished.
Cut the rolls into small pieces and place them on a large plate.
