    Para chuparse los dedos (literalmente) las instrucciones del proceso algo confusas... pero al buen entendedor pocas palabras...!!! delicioso. Hice dos versiones con tu receta: a la primera la acompañe de los chilitos que sugieres y un buen puñado de champiñones con unas hojitas de epazote (todo esto asado) y para más tarde se me ocurrió bañarlo en una mezcla de tres leches con un poco de amareto y acompañarlo de un cafecito... adiós!!!
