Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 pita breads, or Arabs
  • 1 kilo beef steak, well chopped
  • oils, the necessary
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 lemons, matches in half
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat a little oil in a pan and add the meat to fry, add salt and pepper and wait until the juice of the meat is reduced and cooked and remove from the heat.
You open the bread pita in half, in another pan put a little oil to heat and you pass the pita on both sides to make it a bit toasted.
Place on each plate 1 pita bread and stuff it with the meat and add the chopped tomato, onion and parsley and put half a lemon on each plate.

PRESENTATION

The cakes are split into 2 parts on the plate to be able to eat easily, the lemon gives a more fresh and rich presentation, is also accompanied by different sauces green, red and peanut.

TIPS

This cake is a good choice for dinner or eating, do not forget the lemon because when you put its juice the flavor intensifies. There are people who like to put Manchego cheese inside too, that's optional.
