Blend 1 can of tuna with one half of the cream cheese, the chipotle chili one half of the cream and half a cup of milk
Cut the edges of the bread.
Mix the remaining tuna cans with the mayonnaise and the rest of the cream cheese until completely integrated.
In a refractory pour a bit of the sauce that was prepared with the chipotle until it covers the whole lower part, on top place the bread without edge covering the whole sauce, cover with the sauce until the bread is covered, and then a layer of tuna with mayonnaise, a layer of bread to finish with the ingredients and the last layer is chipotle sauce.
Cut the red peppers into thin strips. Garnish with olives and peppers and refrigerate for one hour.
