Preparation
Mix the mayonnaise and the weight, and spread 4 slices of bread with this mayonnaise, top with a generous amount of turkey, a couple of thick slices of provolone cheese and 2 slices of tomato. Cover with the other slices of bread.
Brush the tops of the bread with butter and put on a grill or sandwich maker to brown the bread and melt the cheese (about 3 minutes on each side or 6 minutes in total).
