Delicious snack of sausages wrapped in puff pastry, baked and served as flags, super delicious to snack at any party.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package turkey sausage, guy
  • 1 package puff pastry, fresh and good quality
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut the sausages into three equal parts. Reservation.
Spread the puff pastry on a floured table and cut small squares to cover the sausages.
Put a little egg on the edges of the puff pastry and cover the sausages with it, the egg will help the pasta not come off.
Once you have the sausages covered with the puff pastry, glaze them with the rest of the beaten egg.
Arrange the sausages on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes or until the pasta is golden brown. Take out and let the sausages cool.
When they are cold, insert the skewer stick into the center of the sausages.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a little ketchup and mustard.

TIPS

You can help yourself with the roller in the form of a ruler, to cut the pasta.

Quedaron muy ricas. No se hizo pequeña la salchicha cuando se enfrió y decidí no freír la salchicha, aunque me gustaría experimentar qué tal queda con la salchicha frita

Tal vez si coces antes las salchichas, de preferencia hervidas para que sean más ligeras. Aunque yo no lo hice así, yo las metí crudas y la foto es el resultado final.

A través de iOS Se hicieron gordas las salchichas y cuando se enfriaron se hicieron flacas. Qué hago para que no ose eso ?
