Serrano ham rolls rolled with figs, arugula and goat cheese inside. You can also prepare them with brie cheese.

Preparation
Mix the oil, lemon juice and lemon scrape in a medium bowl. Put the serrano ham with 2 centimeters of separation each and spread with the goat cheese. Put figs on the cheese and the lemon mixture on top. Put salt and pepper. Then put 6 arugula leaves on top of each ham slice.
Starting on the side of the end of the ham, roll the ham and cut the rolls in half. Put chopsticks in each roll and serve.
