Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the olive oil, the garlic and the tomato.
Cut the baguette into slices (about 20) and toast slightly in the oven (10 minutes).
Put a little mixture of olive oil, tomato and garlic on each piece of baguette.
Put 1-2 slices of Serrano ham on the baguette.
