A Spanish appetizer / snack of ham and a good baguette.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 baguettes
  • 250 grams cured ham
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped without shell

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the olive oil, the garlic and the tomato.
Cut the baguette into slices (about 20) and toast slightly in the oven (10 minutes).
Put a little mixture of olive oil, tomato and garlic on each piece of baguette.
Put 1-2 slices of Serrano ham on the baguette.

PRESENTATION

Serve the tapas in a long dish and decorate the platter with olive oil drops and chopped tomato.
