Preparation
Sautée the chopped garlic and the onion in butter. Add the shrimps and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
For the guacamole: mix the avocado with the lime juice, the olive oil, the chopped pepper and salt.
Cut the cucumbers in thick slices. Serve the cucumbers with guacamole and a shrimp in each. Decorate with parsley.
