Ingredients

6 portions
  • chalupas (small stuffed fried tortillas), golden
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 6 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 serrano peppers, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 1 mango, chopped into cubes

Preparation

Mix the cumin, juice and grated lemon, onion, cilantro, chillies and yogurt. Add the shrimp and mango in cubes.
Put a little of the mixture on each golden chalupita (it can be substituted for toast). Serve immediately.
