  • 2 green bell peppers, big Italians
  • 1 yellow onion, big
  • 2 slices Serrano ham
  • 1 stick ciabatta bread, thin, crispy

The first thing will be to prepare the mushrooms. Clean and quital the stem.
Reserve the head of the mushrooms in a dish and finely chop the stems.

When the mushrooms are to your liking put them in a plate upside down so that they release the excess of water and oil that they may have. While cutting 10 slices of bread.
Then turn the mushrooms around and spread the sauce between them.
Put each mushroom on a slice of bread and stick a skewer stick so that it is all subject.
