Prepare these cheese snacks in 3 different ways: the cream cheese covered with a broad chili pepper jam; an original cream cheese ball seasoned with mustard, garlic powder and honey; or a delicious panela cheese in a spicy oven with oregano and chili flakes. You will love it!

Ingredients

14 portions
  • 3 cream cheeses, (190 gc / u) cut into cubes, for cheese with sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cups black olive, finely chopped, for cheese with sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for sesame cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey, for sesame cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for sesame cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for sesame cheese
  • 1/2 cups black sesame seed, for sesame cheese
  • 1/2 cups sesame seed, white, for cheese with sesame
  • 1 kilo panela cheese, whole, for panela cheese spiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flake, for cheese panela spiced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for spiced panela cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, for cheese panela spiced
  • 1/3 cups olive oil, for cheese panela spiced
  • 1/4 cups corn oil, for cheese panela spiced
  • 1 cup apricot jam, for cream cheese with apricot jam and chili
  • 1 ancho chili pepper, soaked, for cream cheese with apricot jam and chili
  • 1 cream cheese, for cream cheese with apricot jam and chili
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350 °F).
For the sesame seed cream cheese: in a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the black olives. Season with garlic powder, honey, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Over a plain surface, wrap the previous prep with plastic and make a ball. Cover with sesame seeds. Serve with salted cookies. Enjoy.
For the baked panela cheese: in a bowl, mix the garlic with the red pepper flakes, oregano and both oils. Cover the panela cheese with this mix and bake for 20 minutes.
Place the panela cheese in a baking sheet and pinch the surface with a fork. Cover with the mix and bake for 20 minutes.
For the spicy jam cream cheese: heat the jam in a sauce pan. Add the ancho pepper and season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes and let it cool.
Put the cream cheese in a plate and cover with the spicy jam mix.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate or table and accompany with cookies or puff pastry sticks.

TIPS

Refrigerate the cheeses to have better shape.
