This recipe came out one day that I had an event with some friends, I left the office late and had only a little cheese, potato, criollo squash and tomatoes in the refrigerator ... The truth was very good to botanize.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 pumpkins
  • oaxaca cheese
  • olive oils
  • sea salt
  • bread baguettes
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Cook the pumpkins at medium point (only to remove the seeds).
Split the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Spread olive oil in a baking dish.
Put 1 row of tomato, a row of potatoes and finally a row of pumpkin, until you occupy all the space of the container.
Sprinkle the oregano for all the vegetables.
Bathe the vegetables with the olive oil.
Undo the cheese over the vegetables.
Put the container in the oven for 60 minutes, if you like it more crispy, you can wait longer.

PRESENTATION

You can take the container straight from the oven to the table and serve it with bread.
