Ingredients

16 portions
  • 100 grams cherry tomato
  • 1 onion, small finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • red chili flakes, to taste
  • 2.5 cups Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • Basil leaves, fresh or finely chopped cilantro (optional)
  • flour tortillas

Preparation

Heat the chopped garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Leave a little fire but be careful not to burn.
Add the tomatoes, onion, and chili flakes. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cheese and let melt completely. Do not let a crust form, it should remain fondue consistency.
Add the chopped basil leaves. Serve with tortillas.

PRESENTATION

Presented in an iron pan if you have, it will give a nice touch and will keep more hot time.

TIPS

You can use chopped tomato saladet instead of the cherry tomato.
