These delicious biscuits are perfect for botanear or to accompany your meals. The Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% together with the cheddar cheese gives them a rich flavor that you will not be able to resist. Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 2 1/2 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, sugar and baking powder in the blender .
    Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the blender without stopping mixing. Mix the cheddar cheese with the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% and add them to the mixture. Beat until you have a soft dough that is easy to handle.
    Form small balls and place them on top of an oven tray with waxed paper or a silicone mat. If you do not have waxed paper or a silicone mat, grease the baking tray with a little vegetable oil.
    Sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese on top so that at the time of baking a light crispy crust of cheese forms. Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
    In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the grated garlic or finely chopped. Finely chop the parsley previously washed and disinfected, add it to the pot and cook without stopping to move for 2 minutes.
    Remove the biscuits from the oven and with a silicone or pastry brush, dip the bicuits with the butter sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Place them on an elongated tray so they look more presentable.

    TIPS

    If you do not have a blender you can make the biscuits by hand.
