The cheese flutes are a typical Mexican dish, you can serve it cut in halves in tray or whole. Children love them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams manchego cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • vegetal oil, to fry

Preparation

Form each flute by filling it with cheese. To stop the tortilla you can stick a toothpick.
In a hot pan oil to fry the flutes.
Fry the flutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove excess grease with absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

Serve the flutes accompanied by salsa, cheese, salsa and guacamole.
