Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams chihuahua cheese, cut into squares
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • oils, necessary amount
  • dried oregano, to taste
  • salt, necessary amount
  • ground white pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cut the cheese 1 cm thick, spread the cheese with mustard and flour lightly
Pass the cheese through the eggs and then the ground bread mixed with the salt and pepper, leave them in the refrigerator until they are very cold (about 1 hour).
Heat the oil and fry the cheese until it is brown for about 2 minutes. Remove it from the oil and drain it on paper towels. Serve it as a snack sprinkled with dried ground oregano ready!

PRESENTATION

Serve it in a botanero dish.

TIPS

The colder they are, the better they are fried. You can leave them to cool and brewed a night before.
