The cones of cottage cheese, anchovies, olives and peppers is the snack or the perfect entry for a delicious dinner. It is a recipe that does not take you long and will surprise your guests, since they will not believe how fast it is to prepare them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 500 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 can anchovy
  • 100 grams black olives

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Form the tortilla cones and place them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Cut the peppers into small squares, mix with the cheese and anchovies (previously finely chopped).
Cut into slices one third of the olives, which are left over, chop finely.
Mix the sliced ​​olives with the previous mixture. Once the cones are cold, fill them with the previous mixture.
Finish decorating with the chopped olives and a few leaves of basil.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cones on a bed of lettuce.

TIPS

To keep the cone shape, hold the tortillas with a toothpick.
