Preparation
Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator for a while before starting.
With the blender beat the cheese, once with creamy consistency add the onion, salt and white pepper only to incorporate.
Form a bar with the cream cheese and wrap it in ega-pak paper. Refrigerate for 15min.
While in another ega-pak, arrange the salmon wide and long enough to cover your bar.
Remove the cheese from the fridge and place it on top of the salmon, placing it in the center (without egapak).
With the help of the salmon ega-pak, wrap the cream cheese. Squeeze well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
