Preparation
Chop tomatoes and drain well. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and chop finely.
Mix the tomatoes, the cucumber, the garlic, the onion and the cilantro. Put in the refrigerator for one hour.
Stir the jalapeño peppers with the vegetables. Add the lemon juice, sugar, salt and basil.
Put the nachos toast in a refractory oven and sprinkle with the cheese.
Place them in the oven until the cheese melts and serve immediately with the sauce that was previously prepared.
