Wrap the edges of the pizza bases with the egg yolk and sprinkle the sesame. Season the tomato puree with ground oregano to taste and spread on the pizza bases.
Arrange grated cheese, tomato slices, Capistrano® Extrafine Leg Ham, and olives, bake at 180 ºC until the cheese is grated and the edges of the golden pizzas.
To serve, arrange the arugulas on top.
