Preparation
Fry the chorizo and strain the oil.
Cut the chilies in half, remove the veins and seeds with a lot of dirt to leave a compartment to put the cheese.
In a bowl add the cream cheese (at room temperature) together with the oaxaca cheese and add, add the chorizo and mix until there is a spreadable dough.
Take the chiles and fill them with the cheese and chorizo mixture, refrigerate for a few minutes so that the cheese hardens.
Mix the eggs with the milk, crush the chiles: first immerse them in the egg, then in flour, again in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Fry 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
