Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a cast iron skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until transparent. Add the garlic and cook for a minute.
Add the shrimp and romaine Eva® mini lettuce and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chili seeds. Add the cheeses and let them melt, mix.
Bake 10 minutes in the oven to finish cooking the cheese.
Serve with pita bread toast.
