Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/8 of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of cheap shrimp
  • 1 Romaine Eva® Mini Lettuce chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of chili seeds
  • 190 grams of cream cheese in squares
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredded
  • 3/4 of Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 2 cups of pita bread cut into triangles and baked, to accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a cast iron skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until transparent. Add the garlic and cook for a minute.
Add the shrimp and romaine Eva® mini lettuce and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chili seeds. Add the cheeses and let them melt, mix.
Bake 10 minutes in the oven to finish cooking the cheese.
Serve with pita bread toast.
