Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 brie cheese, round
  • 300 puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 flour

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the apple into thin slices and mix in a bowl with honey, rosemary and walnut.
On a surface sprinkle a little flour and flatten the puff pastry with a rolling pin, cut into puff pastry in two halves.
Place the apple mixture in the center of one of the puff pastry sheets and place the brie cheese on top.
Cover the edges of the puff pastry with a little of the beaten egg and fold over the cheese as if it were a gift.
Turn the brie and decorate with puff pastry strips to achieve the mummy effect, place two nuts as if it were the eyes, and varnish all the cheese with the beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the puff pastry has browned.
Remove from the oven and refrigerate 5 minutes before serving.
