Simple nachos with cheese and chili are a very simple snack that takes less than 20 minutes in preparation and you will have a snack that everyone likes.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 36 tortilla chips, of corn
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 4 cups manchego cheese, or yellow grated
  • 6 pickled jalapeños, pickled

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In two trays to horenar put the totopos in a single layer.
Put the cheese on all the chips. Cook for 5 minutes or until all the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven, place in a dish and pour the jalapeños over them.
