Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 350 grams flour
  • 10 grams Active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 200 grams onion, slice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 800 grams tomtato, sliced
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cans flat anchovies fillets
  • 24 black olives
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Let stand 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the oil
Sift the flour on a flat surface, make a hole in the middle, put the salt and add the milk with yeast and oil in the center and mix.
If necessary add a little more flour to have a sticky pasty. Knead it for 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes soft and elastic.
Put the dough in a container greased with oil and let stand to double its volume.
After this time, divide the pasta into 2 and put it in 2 pizza trays, flattening with your fingers or with a rolling pin leaving a higher edge around. Heat the oven to 350ºF.
Cook the onions with the oil and put them on the pizzas. Slice the thin tomatoes and place them on the onions, add salt and pepper.
Arrange the cheese slices on the pizzas, arrange the halved olives and the anchovy fillets. Sprinkle the oregano.
Bake for 25 minutes and serve immediately.

TIPS

If you want you can add sliced ​​mushrooms to the pizza.
