Delicious parmesan cheese sticks to accompany any dish. Serve them in a bread basket or in a tall glass to make them look more gourmet.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 450 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Water, tibia
  • 4 grams yeast, for salty bread or improver
  • 85 grams butter, melted
  • 10 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with the blender for 10 minutes or with your hands on the table.
Reserve in a bowl at room temperature covered with plastic for 1 hour until it increases in size.
Divide the mixture with your hands and lengthen with the shape of sticks.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

TIPS

Before baking them, they can be passed through golden sesame seeds.
