Preparation
In a deep container put the 2 and a half cups of warm water, add the fine salt, the 30 grs. of yeast and the 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix well and before cooling, place the flour on the table in the shape of a volcano and in the middle add the liquid.
Begin to knead well, when you notice that the dough is already and does not stick, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
Cover the 4 pieces with a clean and dry cloth and let it rest for 45 minutes, each piece will start to grow and then you can start to make the pizza.
Each piece is for 1 normal pizza.
Take a piece of dough and bring to a flat table. Spread from the center to the sides (by hand).
Add the tomato sauce and the mozzarella cheese, then add the pepperonis (already cut with the help of a heart-shaped mold)
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cut with a knife or pizza cutter.
