For an afternoon of cravings prepare this delicious potato snack with baked peppers and granola that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and have a spicy touch that your family will love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 potatoes, Cooked
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® granola with quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, mash the potatoes and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Place on a previously greased and floured cupcake tray and bake for 20 minutes or until they turn color.
Serve with the sauce of your choice.

PRESENTATION

Place in a platter and accompany with tomato sauce or the one of your preference.

TIPS

You can make balls and bake them in case you do not have a cupcake tray.
