Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup rice, normal washing
  • 1/2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 3 cups Water
  • seaweeds, in sheet to decorate
  • 2 clusters broccoli, boiled

Preparation

Wash the rice until the water does not turn white.
Cook all other ingredients over low heat.
Once cooked spread and let cool.
Take the desired portion of rice, add a small square of cream cheese and form the little ball.
Cut the algae sheet into pentagons to form a soccer ball.
