Ingredients

1 serving
  • 150 grams of tortilla chips
  • 100 milliliters of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 piece of red tomato finely chopped
  • 100 grams of cheap shrimp medium
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper finely sliced
  • 100 grams of black bean whole cooked
  • 1 pinch of table salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 piece of green lemon
  • 10 leaves of fresh coriander finely chopped

    Preparation

    Place the chips on a plate and add the melted cheese to taste.
    For the pico de gallo, mix tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon and season with salt and pepper.
