Prepare these shrimp and bean nachos for your dad, husband or friends. They are the perfect option for an afternoon of snacks, beer and lots of fun.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 150 grams tortilla chip
  • 100 milliliters cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 100 grams shrimp, medium
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely sliced
  • 100 grams black bean, whole cooked
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 leaves fresh coriander, finely chopped

Preparation

Place the chips on a plate and add the melted cheese to taste.
For the pico de gallo, mix tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with shrimp in the center. Incorporate the beans and pico de gallo sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish or extended according to the view you want to give your nachos.

TIPS

Make a pico de gallo sauce at the moment so that it is very fresh.
